POLICIES
-Message me if you will be late to your appointment.
-Message me if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment (Preferably 48 hours in advance). Multiple last-minute cancellations, or no-shows, may affect ability to book future appointments.
-Any disrespectfulness toward myself, or others, will result in refusal of services.
-No refunds will be issued for services once performed.
-Products are not a “one-size-fits-all.” If product seems faulty, or is not adhering as it should, contact within 48 hours after service for repair.
-Payment is required at completion of services.

Card (5% transaction fee added)
Hygiene safety and protocols:
-Hand washing is required for myself and clients.
-All tools, surfaces, and equipment are properly sanitized and disinfected according to VA State Board for Barbers and Cosmetology standards.
-Children under the age of 13 are permitted with adult supervision. Please let me know if any accommodations need to be made.
-All the necessary steps are being taken to maintain a clean, well organized, and handicap accessible environment. Let me know if you have any concerns or complaints about the facility.
Be honest with me, it won't hurt my feelings! If you are unsatisfied with something, please let me know ASAP. It is easier to fix a problem sooner, rather than later, in the service.
